While mainstream approaches to pelvic floor health focus only on the physical body, the Yogic approach tells us that the pelvic floor is a foundational component of the energetic, emotional, and spiritual systems as well. The first step to healing is to release patterns of tension. While strength is absolutely necessary, building strength over patterns of tension will only make the situation worse.

This workshop will show you how to execute this vital first step in releasing tension from your pelvic floor and adjoining areas on a physical and energetic level. Interestingly, as you practice releasing, you'll also gain more control of the muscles you thought were involuntary, resulting in a deeper relationship with your body than you ever thought possible.
