Healing the Mother Wound

With Tracy Harrison and Jeanette Conery

Attachment wounds from our childhood years carry over into our adult lives, making it difficult to connect to ourselves and others in safe and meaningful ways. When women don't receive the nurturance, protection, and guidance we deserve from our mothers, it can feel as though we're altered to the very core of our being.

Tracy and Jeanette have planned a series of three mini-retreats for women to receive support in healing the mother wound. Each session will include a ceremony of intention and connection, followed by supported personal growth through sharing, Somatic Yoga, and Emotional Freedom Technique.

This offering and its content are inspired by the book Mother Hunger: How Adult Daughters Can Understand and Heal from Lost Nurturance, Protection, and Guidance by Kelly McDaniel. Reading the book will be beneficial, but is not required. Each session will be based on a theme of attachment. You’re welcome choose any class you like or attend all three.

Class size is limited to 8 participants. Each class is offered on a sliding scale from $70-100
